Hi Daniel- there are a few apps on the marketplace that do this. We built one a few years ago (URL Builder Pro).
https://example.com/users/123/order_history is one example custom link that you could build with this.

It's not perfect, but a workaround may be using an extension for your select browser.
For me, I would search "Google Chrome Auto Refresher extension" and usually a few things come up.

Hi Anton, you should check out ZCLI
https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/apps/getting-started/using-zcli/
You are going to have to sign into your domain and then you should be able to run your script

Hi Grace, I think you could do this with automations (either on ZD or Zapier).
You would have to create an automatic forwarded for ADDRESS A to redirect to Zendesk. You should also be able to automate (probably through your email provider or Zapier) saying "this is now a support ticket" to the original email address.
I can go into more detail if that would help. I can't say I set this up myself but I think this would achieve what you are looking for

+1 to the SLA timer's app (https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/sla-timers/), but if anybody wanted a workaround, Zapier would allow you to do some basic automations with this feature
