So if I understand this correctly, if my VP of Sales (the current owner) makes me (an admin) the account owner so I can work on integrating Zen with our other systems, then she will have to reauthorize all the functionality I've set up!? ... What is the rationale behind this?
It's a huge pain point for us right now, and I hope I'm missing something because this setup doesn't make sense -- your buyers (account owners) are execs. They aren't the ones managing the day-to-day operations of a CRM.
Can you recommend a workaround? Thanks.

I wanted to add my agreement to what Barb, Dan, and John are saying here. It's disappointing that nearly 3 years later, the lack of true admin roles is still a huge pain point for customers. Despite being an admin, I have to ask my VP of sales to do something for me every few days. I've never worked on a platform set up this way.
We want to make Zen work for our team's CRM rather than go through tanother implementation process but you're making it very difficult by not addressing these sorts of issues.
