Checking in on the custom form support… this is critical for us, as we don't want jsut the description, but further important fields for us in the support team… 

Any news on that?

Has anyone set up a new custom slack integration and can post a quick tutorial?

re: "Tickets are also flagged if an unknown user, who was not added to the ticket by the requester or an agent as a CC, updates an existing ticket. The unknown user’s comment is flagged and added to the comment stream as a private note"

why would we create a private note? This came from an end user. It's very confusing this way.

Trying to add a custom drop down field that will be available to customers, and I keep getting "field not added" with no explanation.... how can I fix this?

This is very important for us too - I've been looking at the need for a small group of external users act as submitters for other users' behalf (from other organizations), and CCing sounds like the only option.

That said, unfortunately, the cc is personal and not organizational.

Therefore we need some way for all other super users in the "super" org to be able to see the other users' tickets

What if I have an external customer, who can submit a ticket on behalf on other requesters. Then, I also want that submitter to view those other tickerts (alongside the requesters). Which role should that submitter be?

It seems that I can't change a relationship lookup custom field permissions from "Agent can edit" to "Customers can edit" - is that by design or am I doing something wrong?
