Publication Feedback - Ticketing system (Support)

Hi Zendesk team,

I would like to strongly express my desire for more powerful tag management features.

The current ‘word cloud’ only view of tags is sorely lacking in abilities - and more importantly, there is no way to retroactively remove or block tags from being used. In our case, there are tags for ‘the’, ‘have’, ‘but’, 'your, and a handful of other VERY common words that I would very much like to remove from all tickets. Alas, that is not possible.

This causes the auto-tagging feature to pick up on these and other common words that actually don't provide insights to what a ticket is about, making filtering or assigning tickets based on tags impossible.

Pretty, pretty please, let us retroactively remove tags from ALL tickets. And down the line, hopefully a more robust tag manager. Thank you!

@... - thank you for the update. I'm actively switching myself and my team from FreshDesk to Zendesk in no small part because I see you are working on Dark Mode support (compared to radio silence from FreshDesk).

As with others in this thread, I have some retina damage that makes light mode difficult for me. Not only is dark mode good for our agent's eyesight (not everyone works well during the day) it is a medical necessity for some. Thank you for taking it seriously.

We eagerly await some sort of update. Please let us know, even if it's just a 'no updates yet, but still working on it!' - it means a lot to many of us users.
