  • Tickets with a status of open, pending, and on-hold are reassigned to the group with a status of solved - this described logic does not make any sense to me - could you please revise and update?

I would also like to use a custom field as condition in a trigger - we currently use a text field and i want to create a condition depenting on used words or strings.

Hey all, that would be very much needed for us as well - I would like to create a trigger based on  a custom field "seller" = text field triggers that assign the ticket to creating groups based on different seller names (one trigger for each seller would be set up) but i can only chose seller is/is not present

Is it possible to get a list of all users I filtered by my search criteria, e.g. external ID:none and see also all assigned ticket incl. status of those users?

Upvoting this as well as we receive emails of internally forwarded postboxes and would need a trigger based on the ccéd recipient.
