Is there any way to automate these bulk imports via CSV? i.e. ingest from an FTP location. I'd like to do the imports daily or weekly to update users and orgs. I know the API is the ideal way to do this but I don't have the resources for this right now.

CommentaireViews, ticket status, and ticket fields

Can we get a comment from Zendesk on this. I want to create a view for article creation requests and filtering on the subject is the most logical way I can think of to do it.

I have a really simple use case and am struggling to implement it.

Step 1: Bot asks how it can help

Step 2: Customer asks a question

Step 3: Bot looks for relevant articles in the Guide and present them and concurrently presents a "Speak to a Person" button

That's it. I can't figure out it OR find any articles on how to link Zendesk Messenger to the Guide like this.
