M a créé une publication,
I want to create a report that uses [Answer name] and [Answer Enquiry] attributes to compare questions asked by the users against answers given by the bot. Is there a way to have both attributes in the same dataset? I tried adding [Answer name] as a custom attribute in the "Article Recommendations" dataset but that did not work.
Another question that might help in my case is, is there a way to log or archive all bot chats without submitting a ticket? Or can I compare/analyze the questions asked and answers given in another way other than generating reports in Explore?
