Hi, how does it work when I have a group on my social media account? 
For example I have a group on Whatsapp with clients from a company XYZ and they are adding there their inquiries. Does it also appear in Zendesk as a ticket?

Hi, I enabled it, exacly as you showed in instruction, but only Admins of my Zendesk can see these views. I'd like my agents to see it as well, what a problem can be?

CommentaireSupporting multiple languages in Help Center

Hi, I have a problem with adding translations to sections and categories. My end users can't see sections and categories in other languages than default. 
I enabled multilingual support, added 2 languages, I have articels in 2 different languages. 
Can you help me with sections and categories?

Hi, 

So would it be possible to make an API call via Magento and Zendesk integrations? Does the plug-in, give you the ability to retrieve data so that when a customer asks the chatbot about his order status, he can receive complete information about it (e.g. fulfillment status)?
