These new dashboards are not fit for purpose. May of our existing dashboards have more than 35 charts (which is the limit), the time filters don't work with unsolved tickets. All scheduling is only available for the maximum of 12 months which means resetting scheduling every year.  The data is only available for 37 months which is useless as we need all history of data. Zendesk has truly gone backwards not forwards in terms of data, it seems more a money saving project for Zendesk not a customer based enhancement.

How does the filter work with unsolved tickets. I've updated the filter to include ‘ticket updates’ but the second I add the solved ticket or created tickets filter onto a dashboard I loose all unsolved ticket data??
