Disable chat rating for a specific agent.

One of our chat agents is in fact a chatbot. Say for example, a chatbot receives a negative rating and passes the chat to a live chat agent. The agent receives a bad rating himself/herself. This is not fair. 

Thus, I want to disable chat rating option specifically for our chatbot.
