Feature Request: Guided Agents

I'd like the ability to have a few select views that available to my guided agents that are not Play-Only views. There are certain ticket types it would be good for them to be able to view the whole list and select top view. We're SaaS so we submit and track bugs leveraging Problem tickets and I have a view that is specific for those tickets that I want them to be able to vew, access and reference so they can see at a glance what active problems we have.
