Improved certification and badging experience!

Hi All!
As Zendesk continues on its journey towards becoming a $3B company, the Customer Education team is focused on increasing the impact of our global customer engagement. 
We’re excited to announce certification improvements available now:
  • Easier test-taking: With our new proctoring provider (Examity), we’re delivering our exams using easy tools like GoToMeeting and Zoom. No software downloads are required!
  • All-in-one registration & tracking: Registration credentials and all learning & certification achievements are now tracked in training.zendesk.com. Students can see all of their achievements in one place! 
  • Better badging: Our new digital badging service (Credly by Acclaim) offers a searchable talent directory, certification verification, and 1-click sharing to LinkedIn!
