    Hi Harper,

    We currently do not surface assignment events in the transcript or in the chat dashboard.

    You can look at using the incremental export APIs and use the engagement information to get more details on parts of the chat conversation: https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/live-chat/chat-api/incremental_export/#incremental-chat-export
