 I'm searching about the way of automatic deletion of specific received emails.

If you know how to configure it, please  let me know.

 

受信した特定のメールを、ゼンデスク側で自動削除する方法を探しています。

もしやり方ご説明できる方いらっしゃいましたら、ぜひ教えていただけますでしょうか。

Are you pertaining to the received emails on your instance? If yes, unfortunately, there is no native way to auto-delete tickets. As of the moment, the closest workaround is to create a trigger that will auto-close the ticket.
