Cloning tickets prevented by attachments?

We have begun using the Clone Ticket app. It seems like if the ticket has an attachment, you cannot clone the ticket. I redacted the attachment but that doesn't help. It replaces the original attachment with a file named "redated.txt". This continues to prevent the ticket from being cloned. Any ideas what can be done?

    Hello Roger,

    Within the Clone Ticket app there is not a way to copy attachments from the original ticket to the newly generated ticket. Your best option for copying attachments over would therefore be via Zendesk's API. You can find all the attachment endpoints here: https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/ticketing/tickets/ticket-attachments/
