Tag timestamp

Hello! It would be very beneficial if we could see timestamps of tags. 

Some tags are indicators of important parts of certain processes and we need to know when the tag was added to a ticket so we could generate other metrics and thus, insights. Right now, what we do is push this via API to an external app which takes to much time and an other experts for it to be done.

Hope you guys could include this soon!!!
