Setting for disabling Agents to Upload attachments in the case or email sent outside the organization

We need to have a setting for disabling/enabling agents to be able to attach files (as attachments) as part of DLP - in the support case interaction while replying to customers or in any email communication sent outside the organization using Zendesk.

Same case for us. We need to assure agents can not sent documents outside of our organization.

This feature has not been implemented yet and is critical as it is part of our DLP policy.
