How to calculate full resolution time in hours and days in explore

Is there a query to calculate the full resolution time in hours and days it took to resolve a ticket in explore?

Hi Gentry,

Thanks for your response. However, I do not see the "Duration - Calendar (hrs) > Full Resolution Time - Hrs" metric.
