AWS Event Bridge integration does not support chat events but documentation shows that

Zendesk documentation shows it's possible to integrate with AWS Event Bridge to get chat events and react upon them. https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/event-connectors/events-for-amazon-eventbridge/chat/

However, the AWS integration in Zendesk Admin does not seem to support chat events.

    Chat events are currently enabled on a case by case basis. I'll contact you privately to arrange this shortly.
