UI update feedback: Sending an email/text now takes two clicks. Old UI used to be 1-click. makes no sense

UI change to have email/SMS in a dropdown - it ads MORE clicks to perform the action. Software/UI updates should be to create LESS work and more visibility. this is more work, less visibility
