Allow sorting of emails in a ticket in DESC order not just ASC by default

Would be nice to be able to sort ticket replies in help center request. Allowing sorting of emails in a ticket in DESC order not just ASC by default so that customers don't have to scroll to the very bottom for latest responses.

Ismail Adeyemi the end user does not have this ability, but you as a help center admin can set the default order in Help Center (Guide) > Settings > Guide Settings under Requests
