Editing customer name - why have we made this so much more difficult?

So in the previous version of the ticket system, you'd just click on the customer name or whatever got pulled in from the e-mail system name field and change it.

 

Now it's a 3 step click click click process to get to the area where the name can be changed.

Why are we taking away things that weren't broken before?

What version are you describing, as the Enterprise Plan (now referred to as the "Suite Professional") version hasn't changed; The methods we still see for making changes to a user's profile are:

  • Search for name or email, click on user, edit profile details
    OR
  • In a ticket, click on User tab, edit profile details

Granted, the individual making the changes needs to have the correct Role permissions configured, but that is it.

In the Agent Workspace.... exactly, it's click the user tab, edit profile details.  Before it was just click the user tab and change the name.
