OR operator for words in the subject

While doing ticket searches, this is a common query I make:
Ticket subject must contain the words: cloud, update, issues
I use this: subject:cloud&update&issues
What is the OR operator? I've tried putting the subject operator 3 times but this does not work:
subject:cloud subject:update subject:issues

There is no OR operator but searching with the subject:eachWord should work in the same way. It works for me ;)
