Web Widget (chat bot) does not return articles in local env..?

The chatbot does not return a response to the query in local env. It works fine in the Help Center. I don't understand why it doesn't work.. If anyone has experience this before please point me to the right direction.

Hi Luis! It looks like you have a restricted help center, so it's likely that you are not authenticated in your local environment. Take a look at this article and the associated comments to find a solution for you in local dev testing and let us know if you have any questions!
