Getting 422 Unprocessed entity error while creating ticket in QA

Hello,
I am getting the below error in the Zendesk QA environment while creating a new ticket.
Client error: `POST https://<subdomain>.zendesk.com/api/v2/tickets.json` resulted in a `422 Unprocessable Entity` response: {"error":"RecordInvalid","description":"Record validation errors","details":{"ticket_form_id":[{"description":"Ticket fo (truncated...)
