I concur that admins should have access to all dashboards and access is only limited to the user that created the dashboard. There is always the issue with making changes when a person leaves company and auto delivery of reports cannot be edited or deleted.

I second that. Even if the dashboard creator hasn't left the company, it is not always feasible to get interactions with that person at the right times. 

There is no option to transfer the ownership of the dashboard too. 

For the admins it is quite challenging.

We need these to be sorted out at the earliest possible.

Hi Leon Harris and Deepak Dornadula- agree with this feature request.

While we are waiting for the solution on this one I guess workaround we can do is the account assumption/assume identity wherein you can assume the identity of the person who has/have the dashboard or any report then share it to yourself. In this case you will be able to get access to the dashboard/s you need. 

NOTE: Best practice is to always let your stakeholders know that you will be doing the assume identity and the purpose of doing it.
