Sorting unassigned tickets with Priority and time

Can you explain how we can make a view for unassigned Incidents, placing the ones with the highest priority and oldest creation time at the top? If this is possible, the result of this need to be used as a widget on a dashboard.

Hi Wasim,

Once you've determined the criteria of the tickets you want to see in your View, I'd suggest scrolling to the bottom of the View editing screen, and make the following choices:

  1. Under "Group by", select Priority and Descending. This will separate ticket from each level of priority, with the highest-priority tickets in the topmost group.
  2. Under "Sort by", select Request date and Ascending. Now each group of tickets (High priority, etc.) will be sorted by the date the ticket was created, with the oldest tickets at the top.
