Question about change unsubscribe page content

Hi,
Is there anyway to modify the content of the page when user clicks unsubscribe link via email?
The default UI looks too basic.

      I'm sorry but Zendesk doesn't currently support the customization of this page at the moment. Appreciate that you have pointed this out and we truly value customer feedback and your voice and votes in the forums help influence future Zendesk functionality.
