Zendesk Add-in for Outlook

This app https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/apps/support/92096/microsoft-outlook/, is very useful for our teams.

However, it might have a slight bug where the app doubles the information on a ticket. Instead of taking the CCs from the email to create the ticket, it takes the info of the sender of the email and puts it both in the Requester Field and the CC field.

Ideally it should read the data from Sender and map it to Requester and CCs and map it to CCs.
