Issue with custom layout using Third-Party Apps in Layout Builder

Reaching out to report an intermittent issue with the layout builder feature on your enterprise plan.

Our users utilize your platform's layout builder to integrate our app into their layouts. However, we have encountered instances where the app displays error messages or presents a blank screen.

This issue is not constant and occurs sporadically. 

To aid in troubleshooting, here are some pertinent details:

  • App Name: Process Shepherd
  • Symptoms:
    • Occasional display of a blank screen
    • Alternatively, users may encounter messages indicating that the app is not available or that access is restricted
    • Other times it works just fine for the same user

Any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Andrew,

When this issue occurs, are there any errors present in the browser console and/or network tab that relate to the app? Also, have you been able to replicate this with any specific steps or is it purely sporadic as far as you can tell?
