Getting Error for Unified Agent Statuses API

Hi Support,

I get error below when calling "/api/v2/agent_availabilities/agent_statuses/agents/<id>"

404

{"errors":[{"code":"ResourceNotFound","title":"Account not OCC enabled"}]}

Do we know what to fix it?

Hi Minh! The reason that you're seeing that message is because it looks like your account doesn't have omnichannel routing enabled. If you take a look at this article, it will explain what decisions should be made before enabling it and if you decide to move forward, how to do so. Once that's enabled, the agent availabilities APIs will be available to you!
