Can SLA be added as a column for Agents in this view?

Hey Rhonda, 

Yep it sure can! Here's an example from my test account. It's just a matter of having an admin edit the view and add the SLA column to the view columns list. 

NOTE: If you're referring to the Zendesk Homepage view, accessible via the Home icon on the top left corner of Zendesk - this is not editable, and you're request is a feature request from here. :)
