Hello,

 

Does anyone know if there is a way to sync the Agent status between Teams and Zendesk using the integration?

    I hope you're having a wonderful day! While there isn't a ready-made solution for syncing agent status between Teams and Zendesk, you can definitely explore using APIs or third-party integration tools to make this happen.
