Slack channel create new ticket form customize

After integrate Zendesk and Slack, we may allow customer to submit ticket through slack channel. However , is there any way to customize the new ticket form as Help Center create request form ? Thus we can save some time to interact with customer.

    Ditto.

     

    This would reduce support team workload by allowing them to stay within Slack for more tasks.
