We are using the 2 app SDKs. How to trigger a email template response?

The team have deployed the SDK across iOS and Android but I cannot figure out what we need to do to trigger a notification email back to the user that we have received their enquiry.

Any help?

Hi Cal, you can actually just configure this in the Admin center under Responses. Hope this helps!
