Messaging Real Time Reporting Does not display usable information for WFM

From a WFM perspective, I need a simplified Live data option to display total messages in a New status and an option to display the max wait time of those New messages.  Why does Zendesk have to be so complex when giving you everything when a simplified way of showing data is nowhere to be found.
