Creating a "Confidence" level for Auto-Assist, so as to route tickets that Auto-Assist will be able to help with faster.

Looking for some kind of ticket field or label that pre-lists the confidence that auto assist will be able to generate an appropriate draft or action based on the incoming ticket/comment.
This would essentially allow us to create a specific group of agents (or queue) that would run through tickets in which Auto-Assist will likely run. The agents would be responding very fast to many tickets in a “specialized” like manner.
