      More triggers/workflow based on CSAT
      Would be great to be able to use positive CSAT as a condition to send a specific message to the user.

      Feature Request: Chat History doesn't show the year of the chat.

      This lack of functionality makes it impossible to know when a chat took place. Please fix. Thanks!
