Thanks for the info. In our logs I can see that our OAuth connection service fails to refresh because it did not receive a refresh token from NinjaOne on the initial authorization. To allow a refresh token to be returned, can you please include an
offline_access
scope in the app's manifest? NinjaOne's docs note that this scope is required for them to return a refresh token.Best,

It could be an access issue. Is this when viewing a Help Center article? Or a ticket comment attachment? Also are you using authentication to set the user identity in your app?

This is a known issue when your account does not have Chat departments configured. To resolve, confirm that your Agent Workspace groups are enabled as departments in Chat.

Thanks for the context. The plan level is an issue here for sure. Custom business rules are not available on the Legacy Support Essential plan. I recommend a plan upgrade to take advantage of this feature set.
