Cosa cambia e perché?

Se hai scelto l'hosting dei dati nel SEE tramite il componente aggiuntivo Ubicazione data center, tutte le richieste a OpenAI vengono ora inoltrate esclusivamente ai data center con sede nel SEE o in Svizzera per supportare gli sforzi di conformità alla residenza dei dati.

Per i clienti idonei, questo aggiornamento viene applicato facilmente e non è richiesta alcuna azione da parte tua.

The integration shows the tickets based on email and phone number search in Support. So on a deal card, you should see all the tickets, that can be connected with the email addresses of people and companies that are associated with this particular deal.

Based on that, if you know there are some tickets missing please let us know and we will investigate.

Notifications your sales team is receiving are handled by triggers in Support. You may want to adjust what kind of notifications are sent and to whom.

I believe that the one that makes the most noise for your team is the trigger called "Notify group of assignment". You may want to start with this one and find out if it is helpful at all in your organization, or maybe you can set the action it performs from "Email group" to "Email user" and choose "(all non-restricted agents)" as an option - it depends on your case.

• Why the distributions didn't work in your case?
• Based on what criteria will Agents assign leads? Is it location/timezone constraints, sales rep specialization, type of the request?
• Should all of your reps be available for a lead association?

Answers to those questions will be really helpful for us to understand your problem and craft a possible solution.
