Widson Reis Did I read correctly that the sound customization has been pushed again, to next year? Any details around this? 

Something has changed in the past months and the volume coming through headsets for ringtones dropped to a whisper with no options to increase the volume (PC is at max now). Having this ringtone pushed through desktop speakers should be a high priority. Our team have been missing many calls due to this.

I'd like to see the ability to flag, or star, or bookmark tickets in the open pool of tickets to bring attention to them.

we have the Bookmarks option, bot that's only for your own logged in user. 

Example, We work with clients where they book meetings with us and this shows as a ticket in our inbox. I'd like to flag these so they are more easily noticed. Something like the Bookmarks are now but for all to see

As noted above, When users submit a ticket without an org.

Example, apple.com

If Apple the Company does nto exist with the domain attributed to it, we get "apple.com" the organization. Meanwhile Apple the Company is still a valid org that has several tickets under it.

 

I need the ability to take the users and tickets from apple.com and merge them into Apple the Company.

 

We're about to go through a large cleanup of our Zendesk and with 14000 orgs to go through, mostly due to the above situation, that's going to be an impossible job. I've only just started and can't go forward due to the lack of the ability to merge.

As the title says, we want go somehow trigger an event outside of Zendesk using a Macro, or some other automation. 

We are hoping to set up a system where when we set up this Macro, it then creates a connection to our software's API

Is there some sort of tie in from Zendesk to external APIs triggered by a Macro or other trigger?

Trying to wrap my head around this. I'm trying to get this percentage to appear that tells me how much of the total of the two columns are End users like in the red text.. The columns are custom fields.
