This is not an option, since im trying to edit the Management Permission roles for the User Segments that have Guide permissions -

I have a duplicate Management Permission User Segment called  Admin(need to delete this) as well as the "editors and published" but these are both locked, can't seem to change them or delete them

I am trying to delete Publishers and editors but it says 'in -use' even though no articles are assigned this group - I have an identical group called Documentation Team I wish to use in its place

Also, another test role I created will not delete, how can I delete roles?

I would also like the ability to grant or restrict guide article visibility to multiple user segments, rather than having to create additional new segments to reflect a combined group

Thanks for the updates, in our integration, it looks like there is a new status on the Jira side called "Fix Applied"

I have not set any custom web hooks for any field mapping, just the out of the box integration, so this request is pretty basic, but where can I adjust things in Jira so that when the "Fix Applied" is selected in Jira, the Status of the Zendesk ticket is changed to "Pending" rather than "On-Hold", as it is now?  I went to Field Mapping but these are system fields, not custom ones, so I don't see how to change them?

We are using AB with Messaging and would like a way to have a slightly different message response in one of our flows if the chat requester is in North America vs. the UK, since we don't offer the same pricing in the UK as we do in North America.

Is this possible in any way?

How can I set up guide so that I have a small custom management group of agents able to edit and view and create - but not publish and then only 1-2 specific admins allowed to actually publish?

However in another article, I added an anchor tag, and the anchor appears in the Headings list and there is no Anchors section?

Is there a way to add anchors to longer articles so that a user can jump to that part of the article without making it a clickable link? We are adding in context help tips to our UI and want to allow users to click on a link in out UI and be brought to the right section of an article, but don't necessarily need to have actual links in the articles themselves?
