I have an Enterprise account and hoping to transition from the default workspace to the contextual agent workspace, can I try it out in the sandbox before going ahead?

Not all departments in my company work within Zendesk and we need to send template emails with instructions and would like to set the requester to a specific email address.

I would like a placeholder that would work in the same way {{ticket.created_at_with_time}} but have {{side conversation.created_at_with_time}} but found that this is not possible
