My rep primarily uses her iPhone to do all her work, we sometimes need to make outbound calls, and would LOVE to be able to make those calls using the caller ID of our Zen phone/text number.
Please Please get this into development ASAP!

I think I figured out why we can't do this. The rules maybe different when we initiate the text conversation. Having to have the person opt in, and options to opt out.
