Hello. This is an incredible resource and I've already implemented it into my company's email template.

I have one issue I can't seem to crack - the endcase is adding in a random string of letters and numbers. I've tried putting the endcase in a div with a display of none, but that code doesn't appear to work when a ticket is sent. Would anyone have suggestions on how to remove this random string?

Hello. How can I obtain the actual URL of the image? They're all hidden behind this new system now. I use images in the backgrounds of tables and the only way to get them to appear was to use the URL directly to the JPG.
