thanks Brett Bowser.  That's the problem though. Your profile setting isnt necessarily the timezone that you want your report to use.  I work in Japan so i need the profile setting to be in Japan for zendesk to work in my timzone.  But I want the reports to use Pacific time so we are aligned as a company.

@...  is there any way to change the applied timezone.  With globally distributed teams we need to have a different timezone for profiles and reporting (explore).

if i wanted my SDRs to go after a certain cohort of leads for example, I want to create a smartlist and share them. templates is completely inadequate because a) I need to start from scratch instead of working off of existing smartlist (waste of time), and b) my SDRs can change the template as they like and I have no idea.  As a team we need to be looking at a same dataset. This is a minimal requirement.

Post Feedback - Sales CRM (Sell)

Feature Request Summary: 

Easily share EXISTING smartlists with team members instead of having to create a template from scratch each time. 

Description/Use Cases: 

Currently to share a smartlist, you need to create a template from scratch--this is a major hassle.  We have existing smartlists that we create and save all the time but there is no way to share this. 

Business impact of limitation or missing feature:

cannot share list of leads in a smart way.

This feature is quite limiting. The inability to re-size the images on email templates is a problem. Hope you can fix that.

@... great to hear.  I don't see a sequence widget in contacts though so can't enroll any contacts into sequence. I checked the Layout settings page as well but dont see the Sequence widget.

We're getting chat and sell integrated and there's a major issue with how leads are created from chat and its prohibitive.      We need to be able to set more lead fields than (owner, status, and source)....otherwise the leads just get lost or mess up our database.
