Can we automatically add collaborators (s) to a lead/contact/deal?

Suppose you're a collaborator on a lead/contact/deal, and the email correspondence is only between the lead/contact/deal owner and the customer. Will you get an email notification from Sell when the emails happen?

To my knowledge, a Sell product update occurred last in May 2023 per Release notes through 2023-05-19.

We raised the question of a Zendesk unified phone system (Support + Sell) in 2021, 2022, and again in 2023. We heard the same copy/paste response that Shawna provided you on this post. Long story short, it's not happening.

Also, if you transfer a call from Support to Sell or vice versa, you'll get billed for the minutes in each platform.
