Thank you for making this feature available! Does the customer see an agent associated with the autoreply? And with internal notes, who does the internal note show as making the comment?

This is super helpful for creating a timestamp but it's slightly off from what I'm seeing. I see a ticket where the first reply timestamp on the actual ticket is 8:40am but the calculated attribute is showing 8:39am. Any idea how we can get this adjusted? I'm assuming it has something to do with how the minutes are rounded.

If we create a ticket from within slack, I know it shows the general info that a ticket was created - but is there a way to also post in that same slack thread updates made to that ticket? Or is the conversation then taken offline/out of slack and relying on email communication with the requester?

No, they still display but the height of the items is the same as before. My goal is to increase the height but with this code from Dan, nothing changed.

Hi Jessie, when I add the suggested code, I do not see the drop down fields themselves, nor the options within the field, change in height.
