For those interested I've gone ahead and included the VOD recording of our recent user group meetup.

Greetings everyone! Recently the Texas User Group had its inaugural meeting, Intro & Topics Discussion, on June 28th, 2023, which included networking, topics discussion, and a lot more which will be covered within this event outline.

I'd like to thank everyone who was able to make it and hope that many more will be able to take part in our next one!

The following was covered:

• Introductions from myself and other user group members
• Discussion of topics that we'd like to explore and discuss in the future
• Went around and asked what feature(s) in Zendesk does everyone like most
• Got to know each other with a bit of networking

This event was of course our first and it went pretty well with some noted improvements which I will consider when scheduling future events. Very much appreciate those who were able to participate in our first event and hope that many of you take part in future events!
