Hi,

I would like this measure "Duration before first assignment" in Business Hours.

For now, i start with this formula:

DATE_DIFF(First assignment of ticket - Horodatage], [Created tickets - Horodatage], "nb_of_hours")

 

But I don't know how to add this value.

Hi,

I would like to display in one report different "total" with 3 colonns with SUM and 3 last with MED aggregator.

However, he looks like impossible for now.

in May 2021, still no news from the team? I don't get the point to propose the reasons if we can't display by the triggers?

Do you take in consideration the needs of your customers?

I'm really disappointed that Zendesk is not improving the quality of pdf prints.

This request was made a year ago and we are still in the same situation (since 23 January 2019)


this is an important feature and we got fuzzy dashboard in pdf.

 

can you prioritize this point with developers?
